Well…. if I were one, then it’d feel pretty good.

ANYWAY, so, I’m back (quite clearly). I have been on vacation for the past month, where I stayed in KY for about 2.5 weeks and then went to California to visit my brother for 5 days. I must say, this is exactly what I needed. I was really happy to get out of the city for a while and relax in an environment where I could walk around inside and not bump into anything after 4 steps.

So, for those whom know me on F-Book, you’ll have to check out the album I will post shortly, but some highlights:

-I was standing by a car dealership called Zap, the electric car company. So, I was taking pictures of some of the cars because they looked pretty cool.  Out of nowhere, 2 guys in a run-down grey (more like metal and a lack of paint) and peach splotched Volkswagon Beetle, yell at my mom and me, “Why don’t you take some pictures of a real car!”  Now, if I wasn’t laughing so hard, I would’ve retorted to the guys, but I was on the ground at this point.

-My brother, mom and I were at a liquor store (much like Liquor Barn) and there were two registers open.  We move behind this guy whom is standing back in the middle of both lines like he’s making one line. My brother asks which line he’s in and the guy responds (in severe arrogance), “Whichever line opens up first, and then you’ll be after me… Sound good?”  Now, as most of you know, I’m not that great at ALL at come backs, but I really wished I were at this moment.

I think that is about it, well, at least all I can think of. But I want the readers to tell me in the comments what they would’ve said to the two respective parties, if anything, that would’ve been extremely witty and clever.

Beat Boxing is really popular right now apparently with the whole World Championships coming up and all.  Here’s a video I happened to stumble to which combines it with a cappella to create a very unique sound.

Ok, so don’t comment on the title, but in an effort to redeem my last post and blog (thanks McD) I have compiled a logic proof about something that happened today (especially since I majored in logic!!!).

After my Abstract Algebra class today, a friend of mine told me that her and another person in the class decided that I was not cool, since I am a nerd.  So, after this comment, I asked who gave her the right to decide whom is cool and whom isn’t. She responded that her and the other person were cool. So, I then asked why they were cool, and she responded that they were cool because they were tall.

So, I compiled a proof as to why they were wrong in either both realms or just one. Please, Mooney, don’t own me for syntax or anything else particular that you will inevitably comment on.

Sounds crazy right?  An organism you cannot even see can be smarter than you.  Well, think about this:  bacteria can infect your body one cell at a time.  Then, they multiply until they are in large enough numbers to do a decent amount of damage.  After a survey of your body’s defenses, they will strike all at the same time when you are at your weakest.

How often are people that calculated and efficient?  Pretty impressive for a single cell, huh?  The video above explains how bacteria are able to achieve this feat.

The end of the video talks about a new generation of drugs that can be used to disrupt this communication.  This will help to get rid of the drug resistant bacteria by throwing them into a state of chaos where they will be unable to coordinate an assault on your bodily functions.  Everyone has seen a movie where communication has been cut between multiple groups and seen how that can change the tide of a battle.  Hopefully it will give your antibodies enough time to clean up the mess.

Last semester I worked in the High School of Fashion Industries as a student teacher.  Next to my classroom was a teacher who posted this on facebook a little while ago.

She said it was an old email she found from the men’s point of view. SOOOOOOOOOOOOO many of these are SOOOOOO relevant that I had to post it, which goes as follows:
