I wish I had a piece of that radical rock

You guys remember Nickelodeon’s GUTS. I don’t need to link you to some IMDB page to remind you what your TV was turned to on Saturday afternoons. However, I will give you a link that tells you that the show is coming back, but this time family-style for Nick at Nite. Unless Mike O’Malley and Mo are hosting it, I suspect Nick’s looking to bank off the GUTS name. Also, no one wants a piece of the Agro crag if they have to share it with their parents.

In case you DID forget what it looks like, here’s a video of possibly the worst contestant in the history of GUTS. It’s the full show to, so five it some time.

Someone values Facebook App’s results too much

* “Who is hotter”
1. Sydney Ryan (74 points)
2. Katelynd Porter (64 points)
3. Amanda Miller (117 points)
4. Sarah Tackett (50 points)
5. Becky Goncharoff (69 points)

These are the results some worthless Facebook application sent me. I shouldn’t even need to bold that number to point it out to you. I suspect that someone has either way too many facebook friends, or found a way to continuously vote for herself.  On that same note, I don’t think Facebook realizes how the rankings/points relationship works.

* “Who is more desirable to date”
1. Kevin Koch (185 points)
2. Dustin Kyle Smyth! (95 points)
3. Chase Bannister (96 points)
4. Thomas Tolliver (75 points)
5. Phillip Nathaniel Saunders (86 points)

Oh, what the fuck ever.

Chris Lofton is disappointed in me

05.02.08 | Permalink | 7 Comments

Now that basketball season is over, it’s tough to find reasons to circle-jerk with some Chris Lofton entries. The dude needs to be drafted by the NBA, so hopefully we’ll hear all about that news coming soon too. However, Chris is making the news right now for entirely different reasons. Chris revealed that he had testicular cancer to ESPN.com today. He kept it under wraps all season long, revealing it to only his parents, Bruce Pearl, and some training staff. Pearl even went to the length of going to the hospital in disguise. The guy didn’t want it to be a big deal during the season; he just wanted to play basketball. Anyways, all I’m saying is that if cancer can’t keep Chris from making it rain, Durant shouldn’t feel so bad for being the living definition of “absolutely owned“.

Also, at boat formal last Monday, our dinner group went to Calhoun’s where I noticed Chris eating with someone else. Naturally, I spread the word to everyone in the near vicinity and nearly had to be chained to my seat from excitement. After I refused to go interrupt him, everyone lost doubt that I actually knew Chris in high school, and I regretted not talking to him too. So I took matters into my own hands…

In your faces. Glad you’re doing well, Chris.

New Facebook tool: Not a Phi Tau’s profile either

Facebook has released a new tool lately with little-to-no fanfare. The tool is called Lexicon, and allows users to search for different terms, with Facebook returning the occurrence of these words from across every wall post over the past 8 months. I tested it out and ran a couple searches on it. For one of my searches, I wanted to see which term for “drunk” was the most commonly used. And then I applied what I thought was most likely being said for these wall posts:

(yeah, I used MSPaint. Is there a problem?)

My new polo-lo-lo is out of the fratmosphere

There is so much fratting going on in Back Circle right now that somewhere Dave Mathews is going crazy from all the Frat Signals being flashed in the night sky. May term often induces dangerous levels of fraticity. The frat runs deep within this video as well..

More from Right Side of the Tree, who has a ton of videos like this.

Oh yeah, I have a blog

I’m sorry that I left you hanging for a prolonged time. Finals, formals, and just laziness brought down the blog-updating-mood. However, all those things are over with and May - Play term has started.

To kick it off right, here’s a game I recently found that said, “Hello Ryan’s ass. I’m here to penetrate you in ferocious manner, and sans a call back in the morning. Good luck defeating me.” I got the game from OneMoreLevel if you feel like playing it there. But I like convenience so here you go.

I reached level 23, with roughly 500+ deaths. You’ll understand..
