It looks like I’ve gotten everything up and running again. I’ll start posting regularly within the next few days.

I’m aware the site is having issues, something happened after applying a security patch and I haven’t figured out how to fix it yet.
I’ve been traveling and without reliable internet access lately. I’ll try to get back to regularly updating soon.
I never really liked the old theme. I’m going to try this one out for a bit. Leave some thoughts in the comments. If you’re getting any major errors, let me know that as well.
I’ve been reading a lot of these “most popular posts of 2009″ rundowns, which got me thinking. Aren’t all most popular posts really only self-fulfilling prophecies? For example I have the something in the sidebar about the most popular posts over the past 60 days. Once something make it into the bottom spot it gets more traffic and moves further up the list, until it it is older than sixty days and is removed.
Regardless, here are the most popular posts of 2009 from my blog. Some were obvious attempts to game search engines and generate more traffic. The popularity rating is a combination of views, searches, comments, trackbacks, etc., that is automatically tracked for all posts. The percentage next to each post is the relative popularity rating out of a maximum of 100.

I realize I haven’t posted anything for almost two weeks. Don’t worry, that is going to come to an end. I’ll resume regular posting on Monday morning. Until then, just watch the snake video repeatedly.
I’m off to facilitate at the fraternity’s annual Leadership Institute in northern Indianapolis. I’ve scheduled a few posts to be updated while I am away. I’ll be back in the middle of next week and then will resume regular updates. In the mean time enjoy this awesome picture about leadership.

For those who are curious, here is a breakdown of the most popular posts in the past 90 days. I’m not sure why, but the Daft Punk Console post is by far the most popular. Popularity is calculated based on a combination of views, comments and other criteria. From now on the sidebar will keep tally of the most popular posts.
1. Monday Morning Distraction: Daft Punk Console
2. The Complete Story of How I Won a Free Ford Fiesta (for 6 months)
3. Eminem – We Made You
4. Kanye West responds to South Park
5. Traffic Report March 2009
6. What the car will look like
7. Good Idea or Bad Idea: Vibram Five Finger Shoes
8. How I Almost Wrecked the Ford Fiesta
9. Monday Morning Distraction: Civony
10. Officially Announcing the NYC Blog Launch
I’ve been extremely busy the last few weeks. I am taking the LSAT on Monday. I’ve been posting almost 100% videos lately because it is fast and easy. Starting next week I’ll be back to more regular updates. I have a few original pieces I am thinking about, once I have more time I’ll start working on those.
