yeah with the 4 hours to/from and at the gym 10 hours might be dead on. You forgot to add my trombone. One of a few things I can never go this long without ever again.

I would say 10 hours is a bit of an exaggeration. Counting it up today it is around 5 or so and will be way down this summer.
