I got a call from my dad (who runs an advertising agency) this week asking about Twitter. Specifically he wanted to know if there was value in his company beginning to use this service to help clients or if it was just another passing fad. My verdict was that despite the obscene amount of media coverage twitter is not just a passing fad. Below are some of the links I dug up to help support my stance.
