Obama’s Stimulus Plan
$825 Billion is a ton of money. I found this graphic which shows a the breakdown of where that money is going. I had to edit it to make it fit on the blog, but since I found it on tinyurl I have no idea who the original author was.
Update: Moved the graphic to the second page, it was way too big for the front page.
We are screwed.
Is this the outline of the final bill that was put on his desk? If so they finished it really quickly considering they approved two different bills yesterday.

And Lee, the bill that might get passed today (Senate still has to vote tonight) is for $787 billion. So, no, this would not be the bill Obama would see on his desk.

Regarding this post, I love the piece of pie going to government. From where does all of this money come? Also, those tax “cuts” are more than likely tax credits which cause more bureacracy and many have to be paid back (aka – loans – example first year home buyer tax credit is actually just a loan up to $15,000).
This entire thing is out of control.
