		<description>I think that&#039;s why less people returned the follow (when you followed 200 on twitter and only 97 followed back). Most twitter users check the twitter members blog (or site) first before following. When they see the blog is not going to be continued (or has not been updated in some time), then many may choose not to follow.</description>
