A good solution on how to kill the whole world is to remove all symptoms (you can put some resistances to lvl 1 for example), wait until it spreads into the whole world (including those pesky Greenland and Madagascar) and then boost up the evolution

Yesterday morning I turned on the TV. As I was flipping through channels, I passed CNN just in time to hear, “In other news, a terrible infection is plaguing S-” and my first thought was “HOLY CRAP DICKINTHEBUTTOSIS IS SPREADING. I MUST INCREASE RESISTANCES.” That’s when I realized I had a problem.
